From 1969 to 1974, nobody had more Top 10 hits, moved more records or sold more concert tickets than Three Dog Night. During this period, Three Dog Night was one of the most popular bands in America with 21 consecutive Top 40 hits and 12 straight gold LPs. Three Dog Night's hits wind through the fabric of pop culture today, whether on the radio, in TV commercials or in major motion pictures. Songs like Mama Told Me (Not To Come), Joy to the World, Black and White, Shambala, One and Old-Fashioned Love Song are testimony to Three Dog Night's longevity as well as their continued popularity.
