Phoebe sings and plays seven instruments including one she invented herself, the Sneakers of Samothrace. Phoebe Legere created a 15 person, rideable giant Eagle sculpture that runs on alternative energy. Phoebe's 2015 CD Acadian Moon featured her cousin Ray Legere on fiddle. Acadian Moon was played on college and public radio in Canada.
