Govt Cheaze Rock	Calling Philadelphia home, Government Cheaze's notable achievements throughout its eight year history include Philadelphia City Paper's 2003 top ten pick compilation “Larry Gold presents Don Cello and Friends” in which the band is featured on the European hit “Traveling.” Gov't Cheaze has been featured at the legendary Black Lily performed at CBGBs in New York , and made numerous TV appearances including a guest appearance on B– sides a teen dance show which aired in Philadelphia . Gov't Cheaze has also appeared on several local and European compilations as well as receiving international radio play, producing and writing for and with legendary artists such as Philadelphia International's Bunny Seigler, Larry Gold, and Helen Brunner just to name a few. The band also was a featured at the Black Lily Film and Music Festival and the legendary Roots Crew Picnic in 2008.
